I’m over the moon to announce the successful closing of 4280 Quivas Street in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood! It was a pleasure working with these wonderful clients, who were referred to me a few months ago. After a bit of a journey, navigating a competitive market and missing out on a couple of properties, we finally found the perfect fit.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Molly Weiss from Sotheby’s and Alexis Atkins from Quintessential TC. Their expertise and hard work were invaluable throughout the process. Thanks to their efforts, everything went smoothly.

From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this home had a special character. The thoughtful layout, cozy living spaces, and modern updates created a warm and inviting atmosphere.
